Great that it is free from all the bad stuff but the minty flavour doesn’t last very long. Sorry!

Not keto friendly.
These mints are advertised as keto friendly which they are not due to them containing dextrin. I bought some because in the description it didn't mention dextrin, however once they arrived I read the ingredients and dextrin is there. Dextrin pushes your blood sugar levels up, so eating them would push you out of ketosis.
