Saw this set and decided to give it a shot and I am glad I did. First, these knives are beautiful and come well packaged in a beautiful box. The pairing knife was very sharp, well balanced and and I personally love that it is a little heavier than my old pairing knife. The Birds Beak knife was interesting for me since I never used one, Gave a shot on some jalapenos I was chopping up to go into my meal. Came in handy taking out the veins and seeds and again was very comfortable, very sharp, and the weight for me was perfect. The serrated knife I dont know if I will ever have a use for but who knows! If I never use it I can still display it with my other knives. I will be purchasing more DALSTRONG knives in the very near future as I put together my new collection. This will be my new go to brand as long as I keep receiving quality knives at an affordable price.

Saw this set and decided to give it a shot and I am glad I did. First, these knives are beautiful and come well packaged in a beautiful box.
