I usually don't write revíews , but this product it's amazing! .I have a very bad posture, I'm all day on my feet and my back it's always tired at the end of the day.Also because of bad posture, when I was sleeping I pinched a nerve on my neck and it affected my upper back ,my arm , hand and finger were numb and tingling.After medication and a lot of stretching I have managed to be mobile again but with some pain, my posture has been always impossible to correct , specially now that I'm still in pain from the nerve .I also do yoga and it was very hard because of my back pain.I decided to give this posture corrector a try specially because of my pain , I was desperate .This has to be one of the best purchased in my life ( why I didn't do it before) from the moment I put it on , I felt a relief on my back , my back now is straight with the corrector without me trying so hard to be straight that hurts , also when I have it on my back is supported so I dont feel pain .They said wear it for couple of hours the first days, today is my third day and I have been wearing it all day for 3 days, I took it off to sleep and to have a shower ,I didnt want to take it off but after 3 day of wearing all day , even doing Yoga with it I had to wash it .I feel like I need it now !!! I love it so much that I'm here right now buying a second one , so when one is in the washing I have a spare one.This is 100% my honest review , I don't know the seller, I haven't received any compensation ....just my honest review ,hopefully it can help someone to make a purchase decision

Too bulky and odd to give it a real chance. Very uncomfortable the little amount of time it was able to be worn. Feel like one should be fitted by a chiropractor for best results.

I have been wearing this for an hour at a time. I have honestly been able to tell a huge difference in my posture! It’s almost like it won’t let you slouch, it’s been super helpful during workouts too!You can see in the picture how it fits. You can’t even really tell that it’s on! Or if you’re a college student it feels like a backpack is their except without the weight of it!

Velcro doesn’t stick well. There are adjustable shoulder straps and the velcro pieces are hard plastic that are wider than the strap making it uncomfortable to wear, even when clothing is under it. Does ok job at keeping the shoulders back and helping keep good posture.

I have pain in between my shoulders after standing mainly from working in the kitchen fixing meals and cleaning up afterwards. When the pain becomes too much I will put on this brace. It helps with support from trying to compensate and position my muscles which was causing more pain. Glad I found this brace and wish I would have looked for something like this several years ago.

This product appears to be made of good and durable material. It is also very easy to put on and adjust. I have been wearing it for three days in a row. It does take some time to get used to it. But it does help. I can feel the difference even when I am not wearing it.Really glad I made this purchase. I will definitely recommend this product to friends.

It really doesn’t do what I purchased it for and it rubs so badly in the creases of my armpit that it causes more pain in the back
