I'm working on a piece of property where there is currently only well and stream water. This filter seems to be doing a good job at filtering the water from both of those sources. After running the stream water through the filter twice, it looked pretty clear and tasted clean. We didn't get sick so I feel that it works like it's supposed to. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took a couple of times before the water became potable.

So this is fine, it came as describe and it is light weight and easy to take along. I am able to drink through it so that is great. But there isn't really anything that made me go wow. So the product is good and totally fine, just nothing to make it stand out from others. I have no way of knowing how much it actually filters, but the water tastes fine coming through it.My rating normally looks like this.4 star- I like this item and it is fine, but didn't go wow you need this, to get 5 you need to wow me. :)

I gave them a five star rating even though I haven’t used mine. I bought them for emergency use but my brother bought the same ones and tried his out. He bought more of them to have for emergency purposes. He also rated them five stars.

Got the 5 pack .. filters all in individual packages as well as the “bottles” .. looks like they will do the job.I have one question .... what is that aquarium bubbler stone looking thing for. .. see pictures

Can't wait to use them, even just for hiking. There was a loose filter, is this an extra? Or shoulders be three? Thanks again for the great package.
