Happy with purchase
Absolutely loved this pasta! I didn't think I'd ever find this pasta shape again after having it in a restaurant, thought I'd have to go to specialist Italian shops. Glad it's Garofalo as well, well-known and trusted brand. Will definitely put this on my subscription list.

Great quality
Great Pasta. 14% protein which is the level it should be. Most supermarket pasta is about 4% which is not even legally saleable in Italy. Cooks nicely with a good texture. Overall great value for money.

Good for most pasta users.
We stocked up with another pack of these pastas after our earlier experience with them. They pick up loads of Bolognaise, or whatever you are cooking, and are so much easier to use than spaghetti. We followed the instructions, and were and are delighted with Garofalo Radiatoori. Incidentally, I learned that the ‘radiatori’ type of pasta was designed to look like the radiator of a 1930s racing car.
