China and it's horrible. Get an R&B, Tru-spec, or tactical performance boonie. Or try something similar: Tilley t3, Outback Trading Company river guide, Filson summer packer, Henschel outback.. or put down a little money and get a real outback Akubra. I collect these kinda hats and rothco is the only one I hate. Fabric cheap and scratchy with chemical smell. After 3 uses chin strap fraying.
