Amazingly cute!
I bought this for my 10th year old and she just loved it! The foil balloons are so beautiful and the latex balloons are so colorful and so easy to inflate. I used the regular (8.9ft^3) helium tank to inflate the foil balloons, and it was more than enough, just don't waste it on the rainbow one, it's the only one that doesn't float. The birthday banner is made of thick cardboard. It says it comes with 2 tatoo stickers, mine came with just 1. The cloud ballon is not foil, its a soft plastic and still floats, it's super cute. I totally recommend it!

Cute but challenging
The shaped balloons were soooo hard to inflate. It took two terminal degrees, a retired professional athlete, a Graphic Designer and a National Merit Scholar over an hour to get them blown up with a balloon inflator. They were super cute when inflated but oh-so-frustrating!Give yourself extra time, a thin hole-poking stick, and some thick tape... and you’ll get through it. If we had been using helium, we probably would have wasted a tank in the process.

Check if all letters are correct!
Bought this decor for my daughters 2nd bday party. The colors and balloons are so cute and adorable! Great quality and easy to inflate! My daughter loves them! The reason it’s 1 star is because the letter D was missing! The banner had 3 P’s instead of 2 P’s and 1 D. I had to improvise on the D because I had nothing on hand that could replace it but it is quite an eyesore! I’d suggest buying them ahead of time and check if you have all the letters correctly so you can return if needed or buy a backup.

Great value!
It is such a great deal! I had to order garland kit to make a ballon arch. Be careful with a tape next to the Ballons, they pop easily. The rest of the Ballons we blow up with helium, it looked adorable!Didn’t try washable tattoos, but nice bonus.

Mylar Balloons don’t hold Helium to Float
Mylar Balloons did not hold air. I was super excited to get this package but the cloud and rainbow cloud balloons did not hold air to float. So basically I paid to have them inflated and wasted extra money. I taped them to the wall so they would still be usable. Next time I’ll buy a ball ok arch kit and then just to party city for the Mylar balloons.

This was definitely worth the money.
This was definitely worth the money. We also bought an electric balloon pump which I highly recommend. Took my husband and I about 30min to blow up all the balloons with the pump and then another 45min to assemble. It’s definitely tedious and time consuming but totally worth it! My girls were so excited the next morning when they woke up for their bday party! The unicorn balloon that came with it Unfortunately popped but that was because we put the air in it too fast. It would have been a super cute balloon!

Good quality. Value for money.
Excellent quality except for the typhographical error on the banner. Happy is spelled HARPY. I read a review here with the same conplaint. Hence the four stars. I fixed it using stickers. Not all balloons shown. I still have half of stars and small balloons left. I didn't have enough space on the wall anymore. Also, the number balloon sign is not included in the package. I had to buy it separately. I recommend using a balloon arch strip for the arch. I got it at the dollar tree. I think it will be difficult to make one if it's your first time. I didn't use helium. Just pumped them myself. Overall, good quality and value for the price. If you buy something similar to this at Party City, you'll probably spend more or less $100. I'm highly recommending this.

Cute but didn't come with what is pictured
I liked this but unfortunately it doesn't come with what's pictured and it was too late to send back since my child's b-day was like the day after we got them. So fast shipping is great but wrong item is not so great.However, mistakes happen and it was not the end of the world.
