The lack of any kind of instruction is unfortunate for this Tap mixer because after figuring out how to fit this to my tap it was one of the easiest thing to do.After some trying to figure out how this mixer could be fitted and was about to give up, as a last resort I thought it might be useful to see what others experience were, the first few customer ratings were not encouraging, but one mentioned that there was several fittings one of which required a certain amount of force to remove. I reviewed and found that indeed there was two fittings inserted within each other that looked like one solid piece of plastic, it is two. Using a pincer I was able to easily pull the plastic looking material out, which transpires to being the previously mentioned two fitting in one, I used the larger of the two, and Hey presto, success.

Fit without issue but started to leak after about 3 months

No instructions,. Even a plumber was ????? Tried so many times to fix it to the tap.....No joy 😒

wouldnt fit correctly. uk based. but the return was very easy

Says to pull down for spray water but it dont work, twist and the head comes off, so it only has normal water flow not spray so not as described

Worked okay for few weeks but high pressure and it pops of tap squirting water everywhere

It’s easy to install but I would prefer a fixed hose rather than this one which swings about

No matter what I tried these taps do not fit, I wanted them for my utility sink which has traditional taps, I could not make them fit so my son had a go and they just fell off. tried the mixer tap in the kitchen without one of the inner sleeves, but even after tightening it completely it fell off as soon as tap turned on, very disappointed I will get old fashioned rubber ones now.
