Product is great, such a shame your using Evyi (was Hermes). Absolute useless. Box was crushed, no notification to say delivered and dumped in a slightly open garage, prob because they couldn't be bothered to goto the dr or were embarrassed. Luckily bulbs seem to be OK. Don't think these delivery cowboys have changed because of the name change. Still absolute rubbish!!! A for product, spot on👍

I bought these as I have dimmer switches and modern led bulbs don’t get on with them. They do what they say on the box and are bright. What more is there to say?

no mention of not suitable for household use only suitable for catering use in the description only on bulb wrapping when you get them.returned as not fit for purpose

Hi There, requested a refund for the 2 lamps I returned. Is this possible? I keep two that worked.

I liked the way the room in which they were fitted lot up when it was dark and I switched the lights on.

Bought to use with touchlamps and they do the job!

Only 1 bulb out of the four worked and that was only for a month. Very poor quality. Don't waste your money.

Bulb was broken no sign of getting it replaced

Out of 4 bulbs I can use only two. Worked out rather expensive for 2 bulbs

These bulbs only lasted a couple of weeks before they blew. On looking at the attachment compared to an old bulb purchased elsewhere it was only held in place at 1 side compared to both sides on the older bulb. This makes me think these are cheaply made hence why they didn't last long.

Product arrived quickly but one of the bulbs had a clearly visible broken filament. Packaging of main parcel plus individual boxes were all damaged. As other 3 bulbs appear to work I haven't bothered to return item but wouldn't purchase again.
