Works as expected. I had to take two stars off as I don't like the little weight this Hub has.The USB input cable is fixed installed. The cable is not very flexible and therefore the hub can not easily placed where I want to have it as the cable wrestles the hub around. If the hub would had some weight or the manufacturer would use a super flexible input cable, this hub would surely have 5 star qualities. One would think the developers of such products would test some pre-run parts or prototypes and test their product for best possible functionality. It has a slick design but it is more form than function.

The hub itself is very light weight, unless you have a phone hold it down as a weight, it will tend to bounce around and will not stay in place. Should have paid more attention to the product weight before purchase, did not mention anywhere in the product description that the body is made out of plastic.Otherwise the hub function as it should, tried couple large file transfers to the external hard drives and it performed perfectly.I then used a 3M heavy duty mounting tape to make it stick to my desk, I can sort of live with its lightweight-ness now.

I love the design of this product. Due to limited space on my desk, my desktop computer is behind my monitor and I grew tired of having each over the monitor every time I needed to plug in an external device. Now I have this sitting next to my keyboard. It's great. The cord is long enough to reach, but not so long that I have to loop up the excess. It also has a nice little place to hold my phone or Kindle while charging. Even when not charging, It can hold my phone which I sometimes use to look at instructional websites or videos while I'm following along on the computer.

This product does exactly what it is advertised to do. The design is great, with the USB ports facing somewhat upwards, rather than directly out to the sides, as I've seen most in the past. The file transfer speed is extremely fast, as well, which has been the major downfall of similar items I've purchased in the past. I just wish the base of this thing was a little heavier. 4 stars well-earned, regardless.

The cord does seem a few inches shorter than expected, and it should really be on the other side of the device imo, but it seems sturdy and works fine with my devices. I wanted it to extend the USB range on my desktop, but it was too short to even reach the desk in front of the PC, it just dangled there (a full tower). I had to buy a USB extension cable.

Works without issue. I use it everyday to extend my headset for my IP phone. The phone holder in the front of it looks to be able to only hold your phone if there is not a case on it. I would think most people have a case on their phone.

I actually purchased two of these for a laptop and desktop, even though each has 4 usb ports, more are needed for peripherals. The product does what it is meant to do. The only thing I wish was that they came in black. Now I have small white cables along side all of the black. Yeh, I know that's being picky. USB objects insert and eject smoothly. I like the design, especially for the laptop, as it is at an angle and I can quickly see which flash drives/camera/phone is plugged into this NRGized device. Highly recommend.

I sometimes overload it, trying to charge my 2 tablets and 2 phones, and one of them drops off. But it has lasted for months so far and I can dock my tablet there to watch Netflix while I play of games
