Q: What material ate these made from?

It is acrylic yarn, very soft and comfortable. I love mine.

Q: can the label be taken off front of hat without damaging hat? I don't like being a walking ad for companies.

If you can't remove the tag or are afraid of damaging the hat, try turning it inside out. Only inkling anyone would have is the seam and if you put that at the back where it "slouches" it's not as noticeable.

Q: Do you have any winter hats that have a satin lining in them

No. We only have fleece and knitted hats availabe.
