This Bluetooth receiver, with a footprint slightly larger than a postage stamp, is ingeniously designed and operates flawlessly. Very simple to set up. Its range is impressive, as is the sound quality it delivers. For an amazingly low price, it comes with its own power supply, cables for connecting to a stereo pre-amp or amp, and all packaged beautifully. Even includes a small blue LED underneath the front that lets you know it's on. Press the Bluetooth button on top, select the device on your phone or laptop, and you are instantly connected. I bought two I was so pleased.

Sure it's simple, but let's me use my phone or tablet to wireless (via BT) send & control my music to my older audio equipment that lacks BT. Instrumental are very limited, & I had to Google to figure out that I had to "Forget" my first paired device (tablet) from that device before being able to repair the adapter with my phone. So, apparently only 1 pairing is allowed. Otherwise very simple, reliable, & sounds great. Bonus is they provide all the cables you need, & works with both RCA phono jacks & mini Aux plugs.

Pros: $Priced under $25 / Synced fast to my phone/ Nice soft tone on speakers while syncing to let you know BT is discoverable (Note if you don't want then just synch device before turning on your speaker system/ Small/ Blue light is a nice touch/ Comes with cable and power adapter Cons: BT is not new standard (That said I think new standard was designed for more than just audio and since this is purely audio system does not appear to be much of a limitation), Cable provided works but if you want high end sound you need better connectors (will cost you maybe $10 to $20 on up depending on how high quality connectors you want to get for hoking to this system), I can understand the power adapter, but since it is 5 volts and low amperage I think a USB cord option would be nice. Lastly no battery powered option although it would not be hard to rig up to a power bank. Okay... I've had this a day now and as you can guess I love this device. The range for the Bluetooth is awesome in that I can bring my phone all over the house and not loose BT connection to my stereo. Only thing I don't like about writing a review like this is that it also makes a good reason to raise the price.. Okay I guess with that said if the price gets above $27 for this great device I would look at my other options if I were to get some for friends. UPDATE: 9/27/2018 Yes there was a lot of background noise at the beginning of my review as my neighbor is having an underground pool installed in his yard; it was not noise from this device. This has worked very well for what I need. It allows me to connect my phone or even my laptop to my main sound system if I want to listen to music or listen to an audio book or do many other tasks. The only complaint I have is that it seems to try to auto connect to everything and I have to turn it off before any device works properly. If that device is rebooted or has just decided to refresh bluetooth it always auto connects.

Most excellent item. And simple enough that a 74-year old got it hooked up to my 2013 Bose sound bar. Yay!

At first I was skeptical about this gadget. I have dj speakers that don’t have Bluetooth access. I connected this little receiver to my mixer and it worked great. The sound is clear. Range is also good, I walked about 20 feet away and music was still playing.

Got this terrific adapter for my buddy who is a bit of a luddite and doesn't have much tech in his place other than his phone. I knew he'd never get it himself. Hooked it up for him in 5 minutes. No issues. Worked immediately. I told him I read other reviews with people saying they didn't know why they didn't get one sooner and asked if he agreed. He does agree. Now he's all excited to be part of the streaming world. Dude has an old but very nice stereo and excellent Bose speakers. May as well stream and use the Bose rather than buy a Bluetooth speaker. And this one comes with the cords, too. No notes. Get it. You won't regret it.

The actual Bluetooth device (transmitter) works well and is very easy to pair with my Iphone. The small power supply (switching power supply) included in the package generates a tremendous amount of interference to the A.M. radio that is part of my 1966 Magnavox stereo that I installed the Bluetooth Audio Adapter in. I tried wrapping the D.C. output cord in a ferrite core noise choke but that had very little effect on the noise. It appears the interfering noise is emanating directly through the plastic housing of the power adapter. A better designed switching power supply with adequate filter would make this an ideal Bluetooth adapter for retrofitting into older stereo systems.

No European power supply only US.....

Branché sur un ampli Yamaha d'ancienne génération mais fonctionnant parfaitement, le voila remis au gout du jour. ce petit appareil est facile a connecter et a appairer. la qualité audio est bonne pour du streaming et sur mon ampli il y a deux sortie 240v dont une libre il est branché dessus comme cela il s'allume et c'éteint en même temps que l'ampli. Nickel surtout pour le prix
