Great prompts
As a homeschooler it can be hard to come up with interesting writing prompts but this book is fabulous! I found I could tweak the prompts to get even more creative such as turning them into sales pitches, 1 act plays, etc. if you are a teacher or homeschooler this is well worth the money!

Good prompts, watch for content
It has some great prompts to get the imagination going. Note that there is some content that some people may question.

Great for catching a teen’s interest.
I’m loving this book of writing prompts. In just a couple of weeks, it’s helped my very reluctant writer go from barely answering with a sentence or two to multiple single spaced typed pages. The prompts my son has done and the ones I’ve browsed through seem well geared to interest teenagers in the topics. If there are particular prompts you don’t like, just don’t use them.

No example
I don’t like because no examples for the topics.

Doesn’t actually teach writing techniques
I LOVE creative writing. This books design is almost flawless but a lot of the prompts don’t really “speak” to my daughter so she hates having to write a paragraph for a prompt in the book most of the time because the prompts don’t actually cater to teens very well.
