Its water resistant, cosy and very easy to attach. The zip on both sides is a nice touch. Adjustable, with 3 slits for the top section of the harness and 2 in the bottom, fitting my Joie buggy perfectly. The only downside, there is nothing to keep it fixed to the buggy so when I pick my little girl out it comes with her.
