401BRZ Portable Outdoor 3 Bar Towel Tree - Bronze

I have been looking for a sturdy towel rack for my hot tub. this works perfect. I live in Norther NM and the spring winds here are always blowing hard and knocking down the towel rack we use. this one is standing tall and doing its job

Easy assembly. It’s pretty cheap so I didn’t expect it to be super sturdy/high quality however it feels a bit cheap and the base isn’t large enough to weigh down. Either sand or water isn’t heavy enough to hold towels with even the slightest breeze.Despite that, after almost a whole year of usage (winter hot tub, summer pool, always stayed outside in the full sun) it hold up pretty good. Still looks brand new

No matter what we do, this rack falls over, even with only 2 towels on it. I wish I could return it. It was not hard to assemble, but since we got it it's just been a nuisance. Every time I look outside to our porch, even with no wind, it is fallen over. I think the base needs to be at least twice the size. I fear this is a model error and just want to help a future buyer who may waste money on it. Also I would hope the seller would consider removing from the marketplace to correct the poor design before selling it again.

The rack was perfect. It makes my pool area look neat and tidy. I thought it would be a little nicer instead of plastic. It does the job and I am glad I have it.

So far, the product appears to be good. Then again, it has only been less than two months. So, time will tell if it fades, cracks, etc. My beef is with the instructions and the small opening to fill the base. When you fill the base with sand, make sure you place it on a protected and soft surface. The hole is so small, it took me an incredible amount of time to fill the base with sand. I did this on my sealed garage floor, which is smooth. When I was done I realized I scratched the top of the base pretty bad. One of those things when you look back on you would have done it differently. If the hole was bigger I would not have struggled so much filling the base and the scratches would not have occurred. I contacted the distributor and they were no help. I suggested they include additional information in their instructions to place the base on a soft surface. I also recommended they increase the size of the hole used to fill the base. They did not respond or at least acknowledge my recommendation. This is the third product I bought from this company, so I was disappointed in their lack of care to my concerns and their unwillingness to help. I previously purchased two outdoor lights which I like.

I really like the looks of this item. I would give 5 starts, if the bars were more sturdy. Overall, I am pleased considering the price was very reasonable. We use it outside of our hot tub and I like the color because it doesn't stand out like the white color racks. Having a separate rack for towels is great because you can place it a little further from the water source to avoid the towels getting splashed on. We filled ours with sand which I definitely recommend over water.

I got the bronze towel rack and we love it. It sets near the rock wall by the spa and blends into the rock nicely. The prior towel rack that we had was white plastic and stuck out like a sore thumb. The plastic bottom does not last forever, we had ours about 9 years before the bottom plastic base rotted away. We really do like the new bronze color much better.
