Safe for Sensitive Tummies & Phenomenal
We hated the weird chicken that comes with kevins, then we found these!!! So they produce slightly more sauce than a normal chicken kit from kevins, which serves 2 adults and a toddler ample dinner in our fam (we make rice w it too). Def does not serve 4 people like they advertise, but same with the kits with chicken, Kevins seems to over-advertise the amount on all their products by double. If you can adjust for that, theyre still way cheaper than eating out. We are absolutely obsessed. Esp since we are trying to eat healthier and dont have much time. Also,,, I have a really sensitive stomach, autoimmune + genetic disorder makes digestion weird. This is one of the few pre-packaged meals I don’t get sick from, making it a no brainer for our busy young fam. More flvors pls Kevins!!! Our fave so far is the thai coco, but the lemongrass is nice and coconut/tangy, and the tikka masala was surprisingly light yet filling with a good spice mix. The tikka doesn’t taste like traditional tikka but it does have the foundation of spices that makes it similar, Id say the spiciness is a 3/5 for those tender tounged folks, but the coconut def makes it less spicy. Not a bummer in the bunch! Get some!!!

Good to keep on hand
These are great to keep on hand for quick satisfying dinners. The Thai coconut basil sauce is mild but not bland. I prefer mine with a bit more heat so I add a spoon of read curry paste. I also add a handful of frozen peas or chopped spinach and serve over rice.

Thai Coconut Sauce Rules!
The Tikka Masala sauce was a bit spicy and I added some sweetness to balance it. The Lemongrass Basil was pretty good, but my favorite was the Thai Coconut. I used it as a soup base and added chicken stock, sauteed chicken breast, mushrooms, celery, onion, and parsley along with a can of coconut milk. Delish!!!

WHOA! THESE SAUCES ARE AMAAAAAAZING!
Dear Hubby and I have nothing but the highest compliments for these sauces. We are good cooks to begin with and appreciate high quality foods with amazing ingredients and flavors. We have tried several of these and each new flavor just blows our minds! Our first love was the Korean BBQ! I put fresh asparagus in the bottom of a deep baking dish followed by slices of leftover rib eye steak. Then I spread the BBQ sauce evenly, covered the dish with foil and placed in a 350° oven for 40 minutes. Spectacular! Our next love was discovered when using the same deep baking dish we laid layer of zoodles down, topped that with cubed roasted chicken breast and Lemongrass Basil Sauce. We covered and baked the same as with the BBQ sauce. Then tonight, a monumental hit with a bed of white rice, cubed roasted chicken breast, and the Thai Coconut! I think we just discovered Nirvana!!!!!! The only downside is not making so many nom-nom noises that the neighbors hear us without knowing what we're really doing, if you catch my drift. Wink, wink. For those of us who appreciate clean eating with amazing flavor, these fit the bill with A List ingredients, low sodium and low carb. We will absolutely keep all of these simmer sauces on hand. Experimenting with fresh meats and vegetables will keep us happy in a variety of ways! Our plan is to make our way thru all the offerings of these amazing simmer sauces and enjoy every single bite!

You'll be glad you go this - taste is awesome.
I found out about Kevin's through the Hungryroot food service. When that became too expensive I just picked some of the things I loved from it and Kevin's was one of them. I buy the sauce packets about once a month. It makes for such a quick, easy, healthy meal. In 15 mins I have sautéed veggies and chicken with one of Kevin's sauces resting on top of a rice/quinoa mix. My favorites in order: Thai Coconut Sauce, Lemongrass Basil Sauce, Korean BBQ (spicy), Tikka Masala, then Teriyaki. I haven't tried the Cilantro Lime yet...but I'm sure it'll land somewhere on the list. There isn't a bad one in the bunch.

Easy, Flavorful Meals
Kevin's sauce packets are easy, yummy, and not loaded with ingredients you can't pronounce! Our family has tried a variety of flavors and all are good. This is a super simple way to doctor up your protein of choice. One pound of your desired protein per packet.

Taste great
These sauces are super yummy and you can add it to pretty anything. I don't use meat but they are great with vegetables and rice or whatever you like. Good value. Came on time.

Convenient, Tasty, but contains gassy monk fruit
If you follow a paleo diet then these sauces may be a great option for you. They are tasty and convenient. We were adding vegetables and a pound of chicken to the sauces to make it a complete meal. As good as it tasted we will be discontinuing our subscription because after some family members had gastrointestinal distress we researched the ingredients and found that monk fruit can cause gas.
