Q: Can i use this as a karaoke mixer/amplifier to drive my bose cinemate 15 speakers? will it burn the speakers because of the output load?

You should be fine - check OHM's but you should be good. I run it with 2 yamaha 12's for monitors and 2 yamaha 15's for mains. I sometimes just run one speaker - you're safe..

Q: I lost the power cord that came with this how much is the power cord?

You should be able to use any power cord that came with a computer or amp.

Q: what is the hi-z plug for?

There is no mention of any hi-z plug anywhere. 6 Input channels are all lo-z 3 prong.
