Nice, lite weight
Nice, lite weight, easy to set up. We need a newer computer to replace a ten old desk . Was shopping add and tried to order on net but found and in store only but and add on Amazon popped up with this a comparison checked it out. I had what we were looking for and a better price. I have purchased many things for Amazon and have received what was ordered, in good condition and in the time promised. Thanks.

Nice lightweight computer
Nice lightweight computer for personal use. Software visual display simple to use. Feels delicate. Not the quality of equipment expected from Dell. Handle with care. Gets the job done. I recommend for personal use; only not for an office.

GREAT for Linux Mint 18!!
DON'T buy if you are going to use Windows. Works great with a lightweight Linux distro like Lubuntu. Trackpad is problematic in Lubuntu (default tools cannot configure) so only 4 stars. I upgraded to 4gb RAM but only because I already it lying around, not necessary for Lubuntu or Xubuntu.UPDATE: with the 4GB RAM Linux Mint 18 Cinnamon is perfect, wish I had done this sooner! I got a SD Card for my photos and music, the 32gb on-board SSD is more than enough room for system files! The trackpad works great with Mint's default driver/applet so back up to 5 starts!

Good machine for light duty computing
Good machine for light duty computing.However, the optional memory "upgrade",is a lie. It is a REPLACEMENT of the 2gbcard with a 4gb card.Then you apparently get to eat the original.Minimal bloatware, but impossible to uninstallmost of them. Great battery life.Slow to crawl, without the memory upgrade.

Wished i hadn't bought it.
Great computer for only browsing. Not enough storage at all for pictures or music. Runs out of storage quickly and when you have to update it runs out of storage quick. You constantly have to delete other programs to have enough space. My wife now uses it for only browsing but she hates it so she uses my ASUS for important things to save on. Would recommend not buying. Good for a person who only wants to browse the internet and nothing else.
