The book has such huge numbers of simple to adhere to directions and activities that make it straightforward the causes,effects and answers for adjusted shoulders and back pain.I figure this book would be useful to have a torment free day for all ages, even the older.

Great guide for fixing posture
Great book that helped me with my posture problems.I liked how there were a great variety of exercises and provides excellent examples of those routines.Found that it handled various types of bad postures (I have a slouching issue because I am on the computer for at least 6 hours each day). It's good since every reader probably doesn't have the exact type of postural problem.Definitely get this book if you have posture issues.

Good exercises!
Good and very throughout guide that handles different aspects of bad posture pretty well. I only bought this book to get some good exercises for my bad posture, but in addition I learned quite a few other useful things about bad posture. The most surprising thing (in a good way of course) was that the book included quite many exercises. I was only expecting to receive just 4 - 6 different exercises but there was a lot more! So, to conclude, by buying this book I got a great value for money.

A must read for anyone, not only for those already with problems
As a person that suffered from back pain, I recommend anyone to learn how to keep a good posture in everyday situations: sleeping (believe it or not), working, walking, running...I like this book in particular because it uses a common language that is easy to understand, has clear examples, and straight to the point. I can go back to this book from time to time as a refresher to work on my posture.

How to get rid of bad posture
Spending so much time in front of my computer it was great to finally learn the proper way to sit. I liked all the exercises mentioned to help improve my posture and what bad habits to avoid. The information was very helpful, easy to understand and implement.

Loaded with typos and poor descriptions.
There were so many typos, from having my knee touch the ground when walking, checking if my numb faced forward or not curdling my phone that by the time the poor descriptions for the exercises came out, I was no longer interested in reading the rest. Being told to lay down, but not stating if I am on my back or stomach is just one example. You may get some very basic help if you feel like interpreting what the author intended to say, but until an editor helps him out, I'd pass for another one.

Eliminate Bad Posture
This book showed things I didn’t know about bad posture. Michael provides great posture tips for sitting, standing, and walking. He also points out bad habits you’re unaware of that is ruining your posture.

Suffers from being self published
Disappointed. My main gripes are grammar mistakes and no pictures which make the exercises difficult to do. I didn't notice in the product description that this book was self published, I accept responsibility for that. This shouldn't be your first resource on posture as you will be confused. Having said that, the exercises provided echo exercises listed in better illustrated books. The author thankfully included titles for the exercises which means you can google them but you shouldn't have to do that. Another plus is he provides "workouts" for individual posture problems which is helpful. And it's an affordable. The book is maybe 50% theory which would suit some but bother others but the 50% that has exercises are good exercises, and the theory appears accurate. If you wish to improve your posture on a budget this book might be for you, just keep your phone close by to google what the exercises should look like.

Must-have
I downloaded this book, not really knowing what to expect. I usually learn best from hands-on practical experience rather than book learning, but this one is laid out in a clear, concise and compelling language that's easy to follow..Filled with useful insights and practical tips, I'll definitely be dipping into this book again and again.

Good suggestions without getting too stressed
I took this book because I suffer from cervical problems. I thought I could find help with pictures of some useful exercise and something like this. But I actually found out, with surprise, that the topics are dealt with with competence and as a matter of fact the writer is an expert. I was struck by the part where he says that correct posture has become a myth and that everyone thinks it takes so much effort to acquire a right one, but in reality it is different and not that difficult . Therefore I am finally hopeful! I started to undertake some good habits and I believe they will only do my good. The nice thing is that this book does not demand to change my whole lifestyle. It helps me without stress, and that's wonderful. I would definitely recommend it.
