I love these I actually use them for a different piercing but that are so small and cute. When my nose was pierced I used them for my nose as well. Love the gold great quality for price. Easy to use no skin irritation at all.

Fall out easily
The knob on the post is honestly a bit small. I've lost several while showering or sleeping, even wiping my nose. For the price it's ok but I hate the waste.
