I question whether I received a product that had been returned by a dissatisfied customer? I didn't open it until 2-3 weeks after I rec'd it - so didn't want to bother returning it. Besides not appearing full, the container's rim had the product in it, as if someone had been using it for awhile. I know what you are thinking - I am probably ignorant for even using a product that looks like someone else's fingers were in it. UGH
