Great value and a great one-stop shop for home workouts.The bag is compact and easy to put away - it also has useful features such as being able to attach the cables to a door safely to allow workouts anywhere.

Set seems to be well made with good quality materials.I'm 6'4 and being honest I would suggest they're more suited to a shorter person as they seem to reach their stretch limit sooner than I feel comfortable taking them past. Only on say squats, overhead presses where you're stood on the middle of the band and taking past shoulder etc.They're fine to use unilaterally for shoulders, squats not so much, it's just because I'm quite tall. With a little imagination though you can work round it if you're a bit on the lanky side. Better than missing training altogether and doing nothing during lockdown.

Easy to use and allows for a wide variety of exercises whether you're concentrating on your core, upper or lower body. Combining the bands increases the load. Simple, which helps to keep up the motivation.

I have purchased some rubbish in my life. But this is near the top of the list. All these band workouts and at home workouts without weights. Complete rubbish. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them 6 times a week for a month. Don’t waste your time, energy or money.

I’d like to say thank you very much to whoever made this product absolutely great!!!I’ve bought so many resistance bands previously but not as strong as these ones!! Never regret it!!!

Good product the A3 instruction sheet there is enough info to get you started, watch some videos on the net to get other ideas for the use of the resistance tubes Update 31/07/2020 the blue resistance tube has broken in half but still happy with the quality of the product.

Totally rubbish - handle cracked and broke third time of using. The door anchor strap has already started to fray. I would suggest paying a bit more for a better quality item!!
