I bought it to use indoors in a large potted plant as part of a display within our 55+ condo common area. Our building Sunshine Club uses the flags as part of our decorations for monthly celebrations like Black History Month, Women’s History Month as well as holidays like St. Patrick’s Day, Passover, Easter, etc. Most of us are retired and like creating a community atmosphere.

I want to place this pole in the front of my house. Can be windy . How does this stand when in the wind ?

My flag has stood through heavy rain and winds during thunderstorms. The other day it was very windy and it was fine. However, I will say that I have mine in a permanent camp site between 2 trees. I have seen these stands in more open areas and they usually can handle the wind. Hope this helps!

Still Standing

This stand has not seen a winter and likely won't. However, it has seen some nasty winds and rain and is still standing in the ground. Ive got it at the side of the house so it does receive a little protection.
