Just took them for electrolyte balance. Seemed to work.

I have tried other brands that were okay, but this supplement helps my restless legs at night and I sleep so much better. It's also so much easier on my system, I have no stomach problems with it.

I use this product to help me sleep. It isamazing. I fall asleep taking it within an hour of bed. And I stay asleep. I take this with another product, glycerin, I feel so rested when I wake up in the morning.

I was told this is good to help get blood pressure under control. Also, I take it bc of IBS diagnosis. Within a few days of taking this magnesium, I felt so much better in my digestive system. I'm having less intestinal pain and I feel more normal in my whole digestive system. It feels like it probably could be the missing puzzle piece for my health I've been needing badly!

Currently using as a sleep aid. It reacts well with stress hormones and melatonin and more. I drop off rather quickly within an hour. I take 400mg and I’m a senior. My son now uses them and also swears by them.

These capsules seem to be absorbable and have not caused major diarrhea problems like other products I have tried. So far I am seeing them in a favourable light. I notice they are beneficial for my overall health but especially my kidney function, I am just finishing my first bottle and have reordered. I would recommend these capsules.

First of let me just say I don’t write many reviews. I’m a woman in my early 30’s I’ve been taking this magnesium for about a month now consistently. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my overall health. For couples years I’ve been dealing with unpleasant symptoms. Everyday I had to deal with nausea, acid reflux, stomachaches, dizziness, bloating & gas. I was taking medication for my stomach which didn’t help. I’m also not a fan of medication. A month ago I never knew about magnesium deficiency and I find out on my own. As of now all my precious symptoms I listed are gone I couldn’t be happier. I wake up feeling rested it’s also helped with my anxiety, stress, muscle pain, period cramps and headaches. I find this magnesium easy to swallow with no taste. I take 1hr before bed daily. I highly recommend this magnesium and I won’t hesitate to buy again!
