Ise aate ko mere husband ne 3 months use kiya 10 kg weight loose ho gaya aur ab hai ki weight bhi nahi badh raha hai ye iska demerit hai agar kiska weight 80- 90 above hai aur sugar bhi kam karna hai to iska use kare otherwise nahi bad me ise chodne ke bad problem ho jati hai

THE TASTE IS VERY VERY BAD
THE TASTE IS VERY VERY BAD . THERE ARE LOT OF INGREDIENTS IN THIS ATTA. THE COLOR OF THE ROTI IS DARK BROWN. YOU WILL NOT FEEL LIKE EATING THIS . I MADE 3 ROTI AND I COULD NOT EAT HALF ALSO. I FELT LIKE VOMITTING AFTER HAVING ONE BITE.

Healthy and tasty
Excellent product—lends a nutty taste to the everyday roti/paratha. Easy to knead and roll out (I mixed it with a little whole wheat aata). Healthy too!

Very costly as compared to material used
I m giving 2 star because I used to use home made( soyabean aata+chana aata ) which give same result and tase like dibexy aata and cost me around 100/kg while dibexy aata cost 500/kg that is very costly .I recommend those who cannot afford dibexy aata please make your own aata of soyabean+chana aata gurantee your suger will not spike
