It's only been a day but it is alleviating the dry tight feel like the other silicone products I've tried. The old serum I had took 10-15 minutes to fully dry. This is more like 5. This Glavedo 30 gram tube was the best value per volume that I could find. It was 9.97 USD when I got it. A great value. I've only started using silicone after two years of annoying scar formation so I can't speak to its effectiveness at flattening out the keloid structure. After a few days though it went from a deep angry red to a more pinkish color so it stood out less if such things matter to you. I'll update this review if it's warranted. Update: After a longer time using this and a silcone oil I have observations. The gel I think contains less silicone and requires more applications to keep the scar tissue protected. With this gel it needs to be applied 4 times a day and is rubbed off overnight. With the oil I apply twice a day and it stays protective overnight. The gel is still useful though as it definitely cures (dries) quicker.
