A massive improvement to old style moth balls way back years ago! Liked size of the rings and very little smell in the wardrobe. Hope they do the trick!

I was extremely annoyed by the little moths that had poked holes in some of my favorite clothes. I absolutely hate the use of chemicals and toxicants which is why I never used the moth balls or those toxic sprays. Then came in these cedarwood rings, my first approval came when I realized this might be the only eco-friendly and effective measure against moths because it is all natural and organic, no chemicals involved. So I tested them out as soon as I got them and you can smell the cedar on them, just a very natural fragrance, beats me why moths hate the smell. Packaging is amazing and the instructions are good too, it explains exactly that for each hanger use 2-3 rings and for each drawer use 5-10 rings. I personally used 3 for each hanger and 7 for each drawer and the moths have left our wardrobes alone. They send sandpaper along with the pack to renew the scent if it dissipates but I haven’t had the need for it, maybe in the future. I loved the little tote bag they sent along, perfect little thing to gather your rings together and store in a separate bag, amazing addition. I’ve decided to keep these at home at all times just as a preventative measure because you need to stay proactive if you’re going to defeat the moths, recommend to everybody.

They have a strong wood smell (as expected). However, I have doubts about their efficiency as I have already seen some moths pretty close to where they were placed.

I brought these for my Mum, as her house has become something of Moth heaven. They smell lovely and they look nice enough scattered around the house. There are however plenty of Moth still fluttering about, but to be fair there were a lot in the first place. Maybe I should order another 4 boxes

Have only used small quantity to date. Unfortunately refresher oil had leaked inside box, but did not affect use of item - so therefore did not wish to return. Seller responded quickly to my message when I highlighted this. Seems to be good value and hopefully will be an effective product.

The rings are easy to use on wardrobe, not touching the clothes, which seems a good idea. Smell is not intense, so I doubt the clothes will smell of it after spending over +3 months next to them. I'm using them as preventive, as I haven't seen any larvae, and the product promises to be repellent. If I had seen any moths, I'd first use insecticide.

Amazon delivered a damaged product that had clearly been mishandled during shipping. Amazon’s poor customer service did not want to help and insisted that I return it, which I found inconvenient since I had to go to the post office. I wrote a review and complained, and the fantastic seller contacted me and sent out a replacement. Here is my review of the product itself. I have purchased this product before a few years ago and again now, and I am very satisfied with it. It has a strong, pleasant scent from the beginning. It comes with a fabric pouch, sandpaper, and a container of oil — all included so you can refresh the scent after about six months. The ones I have owned still smelled good even after one year. It fits well on a clothes hanger. Overall, it is a good product and good value for money.

Es la primera vez que compro estos anillos sobre todo porque las bolsitas que suelo usar atufan la casa. La verdad es que apenas huelen pero supongo que su función la hacen. Trae lo que pone el envase, 50 anillos, aceite olor a cedro, una lija y una bolsita de algodón. No sé si las dos piezas extras que anuncia son dos anillos más o no, no las conté. A mí me gustan más que las bolitas que huelen en exceso aunque también las compre y son muy decorativas siendo de madera. En algunos comentarios leí lo del olor, considero que mientras funcione el que huela más o menos tampoco tiene mucha importancia. Sí las acerco de momento siguen oliendo a cedro, supongo que después tendré que lijarlas y echar el aceite para que continúen con su labor. Lo bueno es que al ser un producto natural las puedo colocar en cualquier sitio sin problema. Quisiera rectificar un dato. Había comentado que apenas olían pero pasadas unas 3 semanas sí dejan un olor muy suave y agradable en el armario.
