In a plastic container shaken, not blended. It tastes like a nice juice drink without the heavy sweetness or richness of straight berry juice. It has a back flavor of greens which for me, just balances the taste out. I think it tastes just great. **Q: If only a little over half of a scoop is the "phytonutrient blend", what is the other half? The maltodextrin?
