Delivers on its Promise
This product really makes a difference to dry hair. My hair is naturally dry and I live in a desert climate so this is a necessity for me. I would have rated it 5 stars but it no longer has the yummy coconut smell that I love. The current scent is not offensive and the product works.

Miracle-so thankful
I have used MANY conditioners and mask on my hair for 30 years (I am 62 now) because my hair falls out easily. I spent so much money on expensive ones from salons and stores. I even started wearing a hairnet when I cooked. I came across this stuff last year at a store and loved it by the 2nd time using it. When I went back to get more they no longer carried it. It finally hit me to check and see if Amazon had it. So happy they do. It doesn't take much and smells wonderful. I hope this company stays around and doesn't change a thing in their product. It took me 30 years to find it!!! 90% of my hair breakage has stopped.

Conditions well
This conditioner works really well. You don't need to use a lot. Rinses out nicely it's not greasy.

Different formula, different result
This doesn't feel, smell or work the same as the previous formula. I agree all the feature improvements are indeed improvements. It feels smoother, smells more neutral and is in a more convenient bottle. Unfortunately, I do not feel my hair is any shinier or not manageable when I use it vs drug store conditioner. I thought I had really discovered a good thing, but I will not repurchase this item since the upgrade.

Great product
Love this product and the other items from this brand. Only negative is the packaging, which other reviewers have also mentioned. The straw/tube that connects to the pump (inside the bottle) completely broke off after my second time using it. Therefore I now have to take the top off to get the product out. Other than that, the product is perfect and a nice lower cost replacement for other items that contain “Moroccan oil.”
