I bought these to conduct some interviews for a video and was surprised at the sound quality for a £200 pair of mics. I've also used them to record binaurally which worked a treat. Deffo a keeper

I purchased this item as I am getting back into vlogging very soon and was looking for an alternative to the shot gun mic I currently used as more times than less the deadcat (Windmuff) get in the frame when filming.I knew about other brands including Rode which is more the go to brand everyone chooses. However, I am a guy that likes to try brands outside the quote in quote "popular & flagship" brands. So, I watched some reviews and made my decision in buying this and trust me when I am telling you I HAVE NO REGRETS! this one ticks all of my boxes.I haven't been back to vlogging as yet however I have done a few sound checks without and with the included lavalier microphone 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. I would definitely recommend someone looking for a reliable, good quality & sound as well as light weight wireless microphone system for videos/vlogs etc. to definitely give this a try!

Tested this setup a few times in both large bars recording music, presentation rooms and voice recordings in a small office with the supplied lav, both mono and stereo sound was tested. The sound quality is just so poor and tinny its shocking and everything sounds so much better and fuller when recorded on my 4 year old phone! It all seems appealing at first, the mics have internal recording features which seems great so I tested that aswell, the sound is really low when compared to the same recording from my phone. When I emailed Comica customer support they said the internal mics have been lowered a few dbs to prevent popping. Well why dont they make that clear first? I tried increasing the volume in post but it still doesnt have that fuller sound and that also increases the background hiss so you'd have to use more programs in post to try and remove that, just so much work is required when you could just use a better microphone, or a phone.This is nowhere near a 'Pro' product, that tag is misleading and its way overpriced. This cannot produce anything close to professonal sounding audio and i'm suspicious of some glowing reviews from youtubers that may get free product from Comica that arent testing this properly in real situations such as presentations or music. This should be priced at best around £50 as a neat budget recorder that is good enough for family videos. Anyone looking to narrate or produce online/professional content is advised not to waste their time with this.

I was looking for something that would eliminate ambient sound in a cultural hall where I used the camera mic for video and audio recording. This unit allowed me to use the wireless mic/transmitter at the pulpit with the receiver portion connected to the camcorder 60 feet away. I was very happy with the end result. The sound was captured as I had hoped.

For me, this's been a great deal and experience. I've used it to record a promotional and interview video, the sound was good quality. Just one thing though. Make sure you select the same audio levels (on the receiver)even if you are using just one transmitter.

Very accessible with a great battery. The sound quality is fantastic, and incredibly easy to use and understand. Couldnt recommend more. :)

I have purchased this item twice now, in the hope that my first purchase was simply faulty. However, I have had the same problems with both devices:1. Sometimes it works perfectly...2. Most of the time, there is buzzing and the sound constantly cuts out3. Some of the time, the entire clip is just white noise and theres nothingAs you can imagine, this is incredibly frustrating and completely useless if you are trying to make videos, as you won't find out it hasn't worked until after you pull your footage off.

I ordered the Comica Boom XD Pro 2.4 G Dual Channel Onboard Recording Wireless Microphone as a backup system When I'm away from home recording video. The ability to record on the unit itself separates this from the competition. Having a second source recording also provides a little more comfort and safety in case your recording device fails. The device provides 8G of internal memory which should provide around 24 hours of recording time. The 2.4G wireless transmission signal is strong and stable. I tested this system up to 40 feet away and did not have any issues with dropout. The built-in microphones work very well providing clear and crisp-sounding audio.Setting up the Comica Boom XD Pro is a breeze; thanks to its user-friendly design the receiving unit screen is simple and provides all the information you need. I'm amazed at the value you get with this system. The Comica Boom XD Pro far exceeds many more expensive systems that I have.The Comica kit comes with a receiver and two transmitters, as well as many accessories including a well-made carrying case. I bought these after reading and watching numerous reviews where it was compared to some of the more popular alternatives like the RODE offerings.First off - Internal Backup Recoding - I use this all the time and sometimes exclusively. Sometimes I'm filming ad-hoc mini interviews at events and it's a treat to just turn a mic on, start recording and clip it to the talent without a separate audio recorder. This actually saved my skin on one shoot where my field recorder slipped onto the floor and it's batteries spit out stopping the external recording. No worries here, got a backup.- Battery life - seems good but I've only ever really worked with UHF based wireless kits which draw a lot more energy. These mics are smaller and lighter than a pair of AA batteries hold their charge well in-between shoots, they also charge up quickly. I haven't needed them on for more than 90 minutes a shoot but they could handle at lease a few hours without breaking a sweat. It's nice to not have to deal with external batteries at all which tend to self drain if you let them rest for a few weeks, these don't have that problem. Also the 1-3 usb-c charging cable makes charging on the go super easy.Sound quality - I use these as well as the common place Sennheiser g4 kit. I only use the included lapels and these aren't as bright as the G4s lapels but they do seem quite good, and to my surprise I have fewer issues with interference, I guess 2.4Ghz wins over UHF in my area.Lapel Mics - these are gigantic compared to the sennheisers which are known for their discrete size. Anyway, I always pull the muff off to reduce their jumbo size but the capsule is still big. I think I will replace the included lapels once I find a good match. That said, not all lapels are compatible, the sennheiser mics are actually a slightly different size so they wont work. I've heard the budget Rode lapels do work though so I will probably buy one of those to test out.Value - I don't think these can be beat by the current rode, smallrig, dji etc options. They work well, are reliable and aren't that expensive. Even if I replace the lapels with the rode lapels, I still think it's a better value.

Low noise, very reliable. added 1 mic to my previous 1 mic package. the second mic coupled up as channel B as expected. Now I have two good wireless mics that can use either built in mic or plug in another lavalier mic. very adjustable gain controls. I feed the mics directly into my Canon HF G60 4k video camera or into my Zoom H8 recorder and use the headphone jack to monitor. Good studio headphones work well with no volume issues. I like the mono/ stereo A/B select feature. I get a full stereo signal into my video camera or i can record just one channel as needed into my recorder.

The amount of background noise the pics cut out compared with the phone mic is amazing. This lets my wife and I both have identical sound when we want todo a quick live video or video for our social media channels. Must have for anyone using their phone to create video.
