lots of pieces to help in different situations
The process of installing this was super-easy. But, do yourself a favor, as soon as you open it, throw away the screws, they are typical, chinese-made garbage. The head strips as soon as you encounter resistance. Everything else was fantastic, especially the screw-closed links which made this very easy to install.

Missing part
After receiving this item twice with the same missing part I have given up. Where is quality control? I hate to tell you but you can't hang a light when the center connector is missing. The threaded hollow cylinder that screws into the cross support and holds the light to the ceiling is not something to skip.

Nice quality the chain was long and good quality and the canary itself was nice. Easy to install and had good instructions. Overall great product.

Ok but not color consistent!
Ordered 3 antique brass kits. One chain that was included was black not antique brass. Luckily could piece chain from other two kits.Frustrating!
