lasts the duration, looks great, very durable, rustic look
Have had this a year, looks like it will last for years' to come! Love it. our 45 lb Australian Kelpie pulls on occasion & when she does, if my hand is around the loop no worries! This shows no signs of wear. It's a beautiful color. Much nicer than a 'finished' leather.

Not for larger dogs
This leash is not my favorite. It seems a little lightweight for my >50 lbs dog. If you have a smaller dog, this leash would be fine. Not that the leash isn't strong enough for my pup, it just doesn't seem like it; in the hand, it feels as though if he and I were to disagree on travel direction, the leash wouldn't survive.
