Delicious flavor
I like to use it for bake and garnish in desserts. I was baking a cake with chocolate, pistachio and this delicious orange peel.

Pretty and delicious candied orange peels
I added the candied orange peel to cranberry orange quick bread, in the loaves, and as garnish on top. They are a pretty and delicious addition to my Christmas baking.

Good product
Although the orange flavor was good, the slices were mushy in a way that was unpleasant. No, to be honest ... it was disgusting. EDIT: When I tried another slice later, it was not mushy. So I used the slices to decorate the tops of my loaves of cranberry-orange nut bread, and the candied orange slices baked up beautifully! The syrup worked well as a glaze for the top of the loaves after baking. However, for the extremely high price, I would expect better product consistently.
