This is a pretty looking gadget and appears to be well designed. It even has 3 holes cast in the side that I assume is to allow more oxygen to facilitate burning. I measured my new tea pot as the ordering instructions mention it fits bases up to 4.5”. My base measures just under 4.5”.PROBLEM: Design does not allow flame to stay lit for more than 45 seconds.It’s a shame as this is attractive and sturdy but won’t work for the reason I bought it...keep my tea hot 🥵. Maybe I can use as a nut dish

Very disappointed! This teapot warmer DOES NOT WORK! The holes are too small and do not allow adequate air flow to keep the candles lit. Unfortunately, our daughter threw away the box so we cannot return it. Don’t waste your money.

Well, let's see...I've used a variety of tea light candles to see if they will stay lit in the warmer, and they have all been smothered because the holes are way too small. My husband put two candles in the warmer, arranging them close to the holes...and they slowly faded beneath the teapot. I guess that's what I get for being drawn in by something pretty and inexpensive. Darn.

I'm really sad. I saw this said universal fit or so I thought. As soon as i set my tea pot down on the plate it doesn't even touch it and then when i leave it there the flame gets choked out. I was really looking forward to using this item, but now I'm not sure what to do. The port size seems to be too small to really allow the flame to draw in the necessary oxygen to keep the candle lit for more voluptuous tea pots i guess.

Love the product but the only thing is that it is slightly wobbly and not that heavy but the wobble issue can be mended by putting some type of fabric underneath. However it gets the job done and reallu keeps the tea warm.

What better companion to a glass teapot than a glass warmer. Clear glass, formed sensuously, strong enough to support the teapot, and allowing the wee candle within to wink a greeting toward us.

Got this as a gift for my Daughter who LOVES it, and she is a Tea connoisseur. Perfect size, and the design keeps the liquid in the pot warm longer !!!

The typical tea light works about two hours unless you buy a longer lasting type. Be sure to use no-scent unless there is a scent that compliments the tea that is brewing. The glass is attractive design. The heat is moderate, not as high as an electric heat plate.
