Prompt delivery
At the time I was ill with a virus when existing kettle packed up late afternoon. Found this one, liked the look and reasonabje price bracket. Arrived by 10am next day. I don't find it to noisy as mentioned in other feedback, only hubby me ruined slight pain as lid is not hinged, however, boils well and no plastic taste as have experienced woth previous kettles. Have to say only had a week or so and can't complain, saved having to venture out when we were both feeling rotten with a lurg.

Light weight kettle
I’m happy with this kettle I bought. It is lightweight and I like that I can just pull the lid off the top and put it back on with ease. (I have arthritic hands) The kettle looks good and is easy to wipe clean.

Great kettle
This kettle replaced an older one. I liked the colour and design and am happy with it. It pours without splashing -my older kettle splashed boiling water when pouring from day one - so that’s a plus point. Would buy again -good product.

Good rapid boil kettle
On the plus side, it boils quickly and is very light being mainly constructed of plastic. It is also attractive and easy to wipe clean. It's maximum capacity for boiling is 1.7l and minimum boil capacity is 500ml. The main negative I have is that it is a noisy boiler.Interestingly, this was chosen because the lid is removable (the flip up lids on our last 2 kettles failed) and therefore the lid hinge mechanism cannot fail.My wife is very happy with it, but the noise it makes irritates me a little.

Faulty Kettle
I ordered the set of jars and kettle. The kettle is didn’t even work. I followed all the safety use steps and the the didn’t turned on. I need to return and need a refund.
