Used this before. Works great on trailer doors, house doors, etc..

This EPDM B-shape weather strip is excellent! I am so glad that I took the time to carefully research the width, height, and compressibility of this B-shape EPDM rubber weather strip. It is the perfect width for our RV screen door jam and it easily compresses from it's normal height of 5mm to 2mm filling air gaps nicely.If you follow these few guidelines, it is very easy to firmly apply in a nice straight line:1) Insure the surface you're applying the weather strip to is perfectly clean; wipe it with alcohol just before application.2) After getting an inch or so firmly applied, pull about 6 inches of the red adhesive backing strip loose to expose the adhesive strip and create a slight bend (see pics) and apply the weather strip in a rolling manner... keeping a bend. and pressing it down in spots to secure it as you go.3) * IMPORTANT * Don't pull or stretch the weather strip as you apply it. Doing so will compromise the adhesion because the EPDM rubber strip will then always be under stress - working to shrink to its original length and form with warming and cooling cycles - and eventually the adhesion will fail.4) Only pull about 6 inches of the red adhesive protective strip off of the adhesive at a time; don't let it become too long as you apply the EPDM weather strip. It's easier to work with that way. Stay neat, snip off the red strip after it gets about 2 feet long.5) After you've applied the weather strip, use three finger tips or your thumb to press and release the entire length of the rubber strip to insure the adhesive is securely bonded to the surface it's applied to.Good luck. It’s a great product, it actually reduce the noise coming in my car, I also had a water leak every time it rain I always found water on the carpet on the passenger side and now that is raining again I havent found water coming in and my cars carpet is dry!

I’m not going to lie I was extremely skeptical when I bought this roll as I didn’t think it would stick at all. However it sticks just fine. Like way better than I expected. I put these on my front two doors and wow no wind noise and my car is better insulated which is super nice. I’m planning on ordering another two rolls for the rear doors. I would say order two or three rolls if you’re planning on doing all four doors plus trunk and hood jams. I would recommend this product especially to the people with some what older cars as the older rubber starts to deteriorate.

Rubber seems to be good quality but the adhesive strips are not very good

I am a little bit sensitive about wind noise and found this product. It was very easy to install and no issue with closing the doors. Also, it stays the place even the tape is not 3M logo tape. (I concerned about the adhesive, but no issues so far). I would say this product eliminates all wind noise, but my next concern was rising noise from the tire. Previously, I didn't notice noise from the bottom part (since wind noise came just next to my ears), but now I can notice it since this product eliminates one of my concerns. Every penny works perfect.

Too thin to have an impact on my 2005 GMC yukon denali and 2019 tesla model 3. Has plently of length and might work with narrower gaps but i needed a thicker one. The inbuilt adhesive is good, taking it off is not easy and you might end up tearing or peeling the whole thing. Get a littler thicker one if you want to improve noise and wind soundproofing in your car.
