Its very comfy, ecnomical as a price and very easy to install.

It was good but after 2 months the armrest was broken so had to return it ..... there customer service is no good ... they don't respond

After scouring the Internet for the cheapest new office chair i found this was the best one. At around £30 and next day delivery you can't go wrong with this.It's easy to assemble, takes no longer than 15 minutes. The screws go into the holes with ease with the provided Allen key.It has the ability to move up and down, which I have had no issues with yet.In regards to the comfort I was actually rather surprised. The only minor downside is that the arms are fixed in place, but I knew this before purchasing and for the price it's fine!Overall it's a decent size and has a nice sleek appearance that will look great with any desk.

i've only had it for 7 months and for the last month it keeps sinking now every time i pull the lever to bring it back up, really upset.

I like the style, look and how comfortable the chair is.The height is perfectly adjustable and the chair is lightweight which is perfect for ease of movement.Excellent service with comfort.

You pay £37 for a chair, you get a £37 chair. It's flimsy, not overly comfortable but does the job.

So I had originally bought this chair a few months back and the left arm had broken and then snapped. I think this was due to the fact that the base of the chair I had gotten would tilt to the left putting extra pressure on that side of the chair when I leant back. Effectively I was sitting at a slight slant and this slant would be accentuated when leaning back. I contacted the seller and they shipped me out a new chair within the week.Although this new chair seems to be in better shape than the last, it still does have that same slight lean to the left (just not nearly as pronounced as before). Also, the support that you get when you lean back is not the best. Even with the tightness set to the highest level, there is still quite a bit of give and a completely rigid chair is not possible. Lastly, whatever height you have set the chair to it will sink slowly over time and occasionally after standing up from the chair and sitting back down, it will sink all the way to the lowest level.Considering the price though, you get what you pay for. It's also important to mention that I am a chunky gym fanatic weighing at ~115kg so maybe the issues would not have been as glaring otherwise!
