On The Air Microphone Studio Recording Signal Dual Color LED Neon Sign Red & Blue 16" x 12" st6s43-m2028-rb

Bought this as a gift for my dad. I really like the colors and it stands out nicely. The only problems I see with this sign are the following:-The top part is plastic and that's also where the hanging chain holds on to. That's a lot of pressure and when that cracks/breaks its done-The AC cord should be longer...it's also kind of ugly the way it hangs down the side...need to find a way to hide itOther than those things its great. It's not exactly transparent where you don't see the perimeter either (as pictured).

The plastic was all scratched up and it is an ok product. The marketing for it is great but what you get in hand is well.... ok. I had higher expectations of the quality of the product. The product is two pieces of plexiglass or a plastic of sorts with a white sheet between them that you remove after you get it. I took this sheet out only to find that it did not do its job and the inside of the two sheets must have rubbed together in transit and they are all scratched up. I'd send it back but honestly am too busy with work to deal with this. I'll just find other sources for lighted, fun decorations. Hopefully, when you get the product its in good shape.

Item came damaged with tons of scratch marks that are made overwhelmingly visible by the neon lights, more prominent on the left hand side. It makes the sign look dirty :( this was meant to be an anniversary gift and was just really embarrassing to watch this being opened with excitement, only to plug it in and see all the scratch marks. :( giving 2 stars because the lights do work and are very bright and because all necessary parts were included.

I've given this item 5 stars due to the wonderful company standing up for its customers! At first I was disappointed with the sign because I thought it would be "real" neon sign. It does clearly say it is a LED Neon Sign but I was under the impression, due to the cost, that it was different. ADVPRO listened and corrected my misunderstanding. Above all they have great customer service.

So the sign is made from two pieces of acrylic and there are two different color LED lights to give it that effect. What I don't like about it is that when I turn it on there is a hum coming from the switch box. I think it is because there isn't enough insulation on the wires. I can't really open the box without breaking it.

This thing is okay, but frankly overpriced. I looked at the photos and measurements, but I was still surprised at how small this is. The plexiglass/plastic/whatever material it is also came with many little marks on it looking like air bubbles. Next time, I’d just spend the money and get a real neon sign.

Doesn’t really light up like the picture, colors mix together more. Also there is some weird deal with how it looks when turned off. It’s almost as if there is some sort of liquid between the 2 plastic pieces. Was hoping it would go away, but it is still there.

Bought this as a gift for a beginning streamer and they love it. It looks amazing when turned on and OS great quality. I might get my own sign made!

These signs also come in incredible array of colors so you can customize any decor! And the price was extremely affordable for the quality of the sign!

The light with Mic and live on air sign in red and blue... came in well ahead of ETD , packaged well, I perfect working order. Very cool light nicer than I thought. works and looks great. its already up in the music room. Hangs from a chain so a little light engineering required to get it to face the way you need it. No problem !

I have been waiting for my neon sign since June. Its October now.They first told me it arrived back in august. which it didnt. After asking them for help they've told me that they will send it again and It'll be at my address in three weeks time. Right now its apparentely stuck at customs but they cant tell me where or what number to call and are not responding to my E-Mails. So not sure if its a scam?Update will follow...
