Kept bending in difficult ground, I had to take them out because they would not go in fully, and try another place. Ended up with lots of holes in the fabric. Also the fabric can pull off them as the button is scarecly bigger than the large hole they can make n the fabric.Metal ones, you can bang in with a hammer when the going gets tough, and the dont pull through the fabric.I stopped using these and used metal u-pins nstead

What a waste of money these are. I ordered some to pin my mesh in the garden. It wouldn’t even go through the mesh without snapping in half. They bend very easily. I have to buy metal ones I think. For me it’s not fit for purpose and I wouldn’t buy them again. They’re now in the bin.

Size is perfect to secure garden fabric to soil. Need to thread through the fabric first before pressing into soil. It then works well that way. If trying to press peg through while fabric on ground, the tip tends to bend.

Great pegs, a lot easier to push into the ground if it's a little wet first. All the ones we put in the ground, to hold down a fabric path, have stayed in place.

Thought these are great value for money compared to others - head great size and grips into soil to stop them lifting are great but once in, they arent easy to take out (which is the whole point ) My only crtisism is that if you hit any sort of resistance, the thin points will bend unlike metal pegs but for that I needed to do I thought they were great and value for money for 100 :-)

The points are not very sharp and bend or break easily when trying to put through more than one sheet of fabric. I double the fabric at the edges to strengthen it before fastening down and these are not tough enough to do this so will stick to metal ones in future.

These are robust and really easy to use .I’ve never used pegs when laying weed fabric and on trying these I wish I had , they really to make the job easier & neater .I did read some negative reviews but in my experience they are ideal

I had previously used the six inch pins in the garden but because the sub surface was quite hard suffered a lot of breakages. Found these four inch and they worked a treat. Very pleased with the product and speed of delivery.
