How to get another one
Problem with the kickstand I had came loose so it’s unable to stand properly

Overall a great, sturdy scooter and tons of fun to use
I bought this for running errands around town (I live in an urban area). I did try commuting on it once - three miles each way - but realized that was too far to scooter. For short trips it's perfect. The folding mechanism is finnicky and the screw/handle for the folding part rattles if you don't turn it really tight, but otherwise everything works very well.Looking back, I do wish I'd bought one with inflatable wheels so that the ride would be smoother. This does a good job of smoothing the ride given the wheels are solid rubber and not inflated, but there's still a vibration. It's definitely large and sturdy enough for an adult.

Adult product
Looks like an adult serious machine. Not a toy. Also heavy duty

Very Well Built But Not Perfect
This scooter is very well built and felt durable. However, it was not a perfect fit for me: I needed a scooter with longer deck footspace. But this deck was the same length as my original Razor A5. The actual deck IS longer, but not where you rest your foot. The scooter also had slightly less ground clearance (~1/2 in) than the original A5. But if you include the kickstand, which is seated UNDER the deck, you lose nearly 1 full inch of clearance. This seems potentially dangerous for any kind of elevation changes (slopes) while riding; that is, the kickstand could catch and snag something on the road. For me, this is an obvious design flaw and anyone who regularly scoots would recognize this threat. I decided to return the scooter.

You will love!
Big wheels, and van hold...

Too Low
Hi this product is ok for smooth even streets however it sits low so if you roll over an uneven pathway, the kickstand might catch causing you to fall. Also the Handle bar slides down.

What went wrong, Razor ?
I love Razor scooters, and this was maybe the 6th one I have bought. I have put probably 500 miles on A5/ A5 lux/ A5 carbon, so I'm not a beginner. The good: beautiful design and low deck, on paper, this should be an amazing scoot. The bad: pushes like a tank, like it won't even roll downhill. Soooo sloooooww. The handgrips look cool, but they aren't shock absorbing, so unless you're rolling on glass, your hands are going to take a beating. The folding screw mechanism rattles itself loose very quickly. Did I mention it's heavy as a tank?Design team: A+Build team: D-Very sad, returned.

The best kick scooter on the market......sorta
No kick scooter is perfect but this is close.I just received this scooter after a couple days of research on the best kick scooter and love it, I ofc changed the bearings and removed some over branding.PROS:I'm 6'2 180lbs and this scooter rides perfectly and can easily jump curbs with it and ride rough asphalt for many many many hours even though the scooter is 40% heavier than the A5 lux which is only 3lbs more, you really don't feel the weight difference when holding or riding unless you're a smaller fella. This scooter is built real tough and feels very solid with the nice welded T-bar, no rattle but because it has no suspension you feel most bumps but suspension isn't good on kick scooters anyway. The kick stand is great and actually is functional, the grips are decent too vs the standard a5 foam grips.CONS:The kickstand yep although it's great it's too low to the ground vs the deck and scrapes, I cut it off and bent it to where it still works and dosen't scrape.Another con is the folding mechanism that is also the anti rattle screw, it works amazingly but after riding the screw gets lose and loud meaning you must stop and tighten it although screwing it super tight fixes it but makes it hard to unfold, I might weld the parts together at work to fix the problem at the sacrifice of folding it again. In conclusion this is the best kick scooter on the market with the only real con being the anti rattle mechanism difficulty. Although rather expensive it's worth it. Another great option that is probably better than this scooter is xootr and maybe the micro black but this seems better. Please let me know if anyone else has had problems getting parts for this scooter as i might need to in 2 years.

Excelentes materiales, muy práctico
Muy robusto con excelentes materiales, salvo la patita para pararlo que es muy frágil. Excelente opción para trancisiones cortas con caminos muy lisos. Satisfecho con mi compra
