how do you change the time?

Be careful when you pull the top to change the time. I have one these, same exact type, that is. Not sure how many 'pulls' you have because the thread is very thin and if you strip it it will be useless.

Is the watch wind-up or battery powered?

It appears to be battery powered.

Does it take batteries and, if it does, does it come with them?

Mine stopped working. It comes with a 377a watch battery. The tool to open the back of the watch as shown in one of the pictures does not come with the watch. I had some difficulties to pry the back open.

How do you change battery. What battery does it take?

Use a blade to pry open the back cover to see the battery and replace it
