I bought this to replace a flimsy Apple cable on my Macbook Pro. Works great and does what I need it to do.

During the holiday season, I took advantage of the holiday deals and upgraded my smartphone to a newer 12 version. Since this phone did not come with cables I decided this was the best time to switch over the mag safe charging. The issue I started to run into was every cable that comes with these new Type C charger units have small cables. These small cables are practically useless since they will not even reach from the charging station to the floor where I need to plug in the other Type C connection into the small port on the AC adapter. I was having to push my charging cradle all the way to the back of the desk in order to reach.Then I located this long cable cable of 100W for charging that will cover everything from my 12 iphone magsafe chargers, but also my lenovo laptop and 15.6 inch portable monitor that all have Type C PD ports. After this cable arrived and I opened it out of the teal & white paper envelope, I knew I had to order a couple more!The cable has bend protection molded on the ends between the plug housing and cable. The cable is protected with a silver braided nylon jacket that provides protection and friction for coiling. A velcro cable wrap is also attached that has the Ainope logo for taking up the excess that is not required in my connection runs.I like long cables and I cannot lie, these smaller cables can go into my trash and die LOL.

I use this all the time to charge my phone. I have an AC adapter it plugs into and it charges quickly. Lays on the floor in my office so it gets run over all the time with the wheels on my computer chair. No problems so far

This cable is perfect to charge my GoPro Hero 9, connected on the other end to my genuine GoPro power block, that has a special USB-C output. Keep in mind that this cable is USB-C to USB-C. And like myself, you will need to have a power block that has an USB-C port, or to use it to connect two USB-C devices together. This will not work with any power block that only have a regular USB 2.0 port on it.10ft was plenty enough to go from the charger, all the way to my desk where I store my video equipment. It's also nice to have a cable that is sturdy, so I don't have to worry too much about it while on an filming expedition, or while traveling. Just toss that cable in my backpack without worrying if it will or not be damaged by something else.I've seen some revue on here talking about the connector breaking up. However, so far I haven't experienced this issue with my cable. It's USB-C though. Keep in mind that this connector is quite small. So the cable itself may be tough, but the connector will break if some force is applied to the top or bottom of it, especially while connected in a device.I was also quite surprised to receive this cable in a very nice envelope-style packaging, instead of those basic plastic bags they usually come in. So that was interesting.

this cable is much better than the Apple Original. Sturdier and appears more durable.

This is actually my 3rd order! I actually like this charger. Long enough when I have plug that isn't close to where I sit.
