The Essential Oils Diet: Lose Weight and Transform Your Health with the Power of Essential Oils and Bioactive Foods

My husband and I have been on the Keto diet for over a year. After initial weight loss for both of us, we hit a wall and, frankly , at our age, Keto does not always work. Being a cancer survivor twice, I had already cut out sugar and junk foods. I have really gotten into using essential oils and loved Dr. Z and Mama Z's first book and the online class. So, getting this book was a no brainer, and it has certainly proved to be a blessing. Have already incorporated lots of foods and ideas, and am looking forward to even more vibrant health for both my husband and I! One other thing....we are in our later 60's , and are in excellent health. We feel that , given the mess our health system may already, or soon be in, it's up to US to take charge of our health and well being. This book helps us do that.

This book was not what I expected! 99% of the book is the same healthy diet, exercise, chemicals in our water, pollution in the air, organic, farm raised...blah blah that has been fully exhausted in other books many times over. One small chapter was allotted to essential oils. Very brief overview of 10 or 11 oils with some tips for choosing them and some recipes in the back of the book. All information you can get online without wasting your money on this book! This horse has already been beaten enough times! We know these things!

I love this book and I can see it can definitely be a life changer. I do have one issue. For a book that used Essential Oils extensively, I can't believe these two intelligent people did not include the scientific name with the actual name of the essential oil. They tout on their FB page NOT to use brand names, yet, they couldn't be bothered to make it easier for people by adding the scientific name which would have had nothing to do with any brand name. This would assure us that we'd be getting the oil intended in whatever recipe given. This was too important NOT to have done this.

This book is not a diet book as Dr Z has said . He did not want it to have the stigma of diet in the title and I have to agree. It is about a lifestyle change. I was turned on to EO's and then someone sent me a link last October for Dr Z's masterclass. It truly helped me. So I started doing more research after taking that class. I got his first book and really started trying to detox everything. This book is really just the icing the cake. It has everything you need to know to make those changes. It is very well researched and knowledgable. These Z's compliment each other very well with his ability to research and her ability to implement things. God has truly blessed them and in turn it blesses me and so many others with the things we can learn from them. Get this book it is a must read. A++++++++ God Bless.

I have been following Dr Z and Mama Z for a while now. I purchased "The Healing Power of Essential Oils" sometime back and it is full of wonderful information. So when I saw this book was in the works I pre-ordered it. Since receiving it, I have not been disappointed. This is NOT your quick fad diet book. This is about learning how to take care of your body by feeding it what is safe and healthy. This is so much more than loosing weight. It is about GAINING HEALTH! If everything you eat makes you feel bad.. get this book.There are wonderful recipes.. The photos are of the Lemon Abundance Tea Bread on page 258. It is gluten free and also dairy free. The house smelled of lemon long after the bread was out of the oven. It is delicious.This book also help you find ways to clean your home, move your body, feed your soul and when you do that.. you will loose weight. Now that I have been following this healthy lifestyle... my stress level has decreased too!If you are into social media there is a Facebook Group - Essential Oils Diet Book 60-Day Challenge. Great motivation to keep it up.Love this book!

Think book is amazing! So much information about essential oils, health and nutrition. This book is so helpful already. It really makes you think. Since I switched to a more holistic lifestyle my health has been so much better. This book is great for me to keep in the healthy path. Can't wait to makes the amazing recipes in this book! Definitely a must read if your into essential oils and looking for a more healthy lifestyle!

Great book, amazing free resources and support group go with this. If you want to detox your life and eat clean, know how to detox ALL of your products, including even your garden! This book is for you...Essential Oils are covered as an important part with recipes included. Great value

Have only read a third and have flicked through the book. Loads of great information and is a book I would recommend if you are into the health benefits of essential oils. Nice size book and print is a nice easy read size.Recommended.
