Is the throttle easy to control? When you take your finger off the throttle, does the helicopter stop?

It is very easy to control. Takes a minute to get used to but is not difficult. If you release the throttle the helo will begin to go down but will not go down quickly unless you lower the throttle quickly to the down position. It's an awesome helo, especially for the price, and very easy and fun to fly

What is difference between s107 and s107 g ? can i be sure i will get blue ?

They are the same, S107 is the S107G. We sell the different color separately, so, if you want the blue one, please chose color blue.

is this ok for a 7 year old

Gave as gift to a 9 year old. I think the Syma's are fragile. It would depend on how mature the 7 year old is. If he/she is rough with toys, I would say "no". Probably should be with an adult at first, until they learn the operation.

What to do when controller doesn't turn on ?

The controller is very touchy I had the same problem. Mine got stuck on hi and hit the ceiling and now doesn't work. My advice is to return it. If you are thinking about buying one give it some thought and check out other ones that might be better
