To be honest I'm not exactly sure but I believe it is dairy free. I didn't see any dairy products in the ingredients. I made breastmilk soap using this because my kids sensitivities and it works great. You might want to contact the seller to be sure.

I went to Our Earth's Secrets website itself and they state: 'The palm oil used in some of our soap bases comes from sustainable sources and comply with RSPO. We manufacture, develop, produce, and/or distribute all of Our Earth's Secrets branded products. By working directly with farmers and producers, we are able to maintain the best quality for our products while being environmentally conscious. ' I hope this helps.

Q: Can I mix this soap with glycerin or goats milk

Not 100% certain about the goat milk, but you can mix it with the glycerin. I made mixes with both liquid and solid glycerin and it turned out fine.

Most melt and pour shea butter soap bases have these ingredients: Coconut Oil Palm Oil Safflower Oil Glycerine (kosher, of vegetable origin) Shea Butter Purified Water Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent) Sorbitol (moisturizer) Sorbitan oleate (emulsifer) Propylene Glycol (made from vegetable glycerine) Oat protein (conditioner) Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soaps) Most of these are vegan items, there are some back and forth about palm oil being sustainable though
