This has become my go to. If I get in trouble with low energy (translate low blood sugar and low protein) I go to them. There is only one downside. They do taste really good. I mean, no kidding, it is hard to limit the snack and calories. Oh, and a second downside, if you grab a handful the yogurt chips will likely melt some in the hand. I cure that by just, well, cleaning the hand...........

It is good ! But you could find cheaper one in COSTCO !

Love this product but it needs to be shipped Next Day in order to arrive unmelted. The yoghurt chips all melt together in this heat.
