Yes you can do. If the plant size is medium 1 - 2 feet then you should use 1 teaspoon per 1 litre water every 10 to 15 days interval . And if you have small plants then use half teaspoon in 1 litre water every 10- 12 days

Contrary to the claim, it is not easily water soluble. One spoon will take at least a couple of hours to mix with water, with still few granules left.
