Great tasting.
I'm older but relatively new to cooking, and never realized that larger noodles collected more sauce. Pappardelle noodles were recommended for a dish and I couldn't find them locally...and man..these are good. I've ordered them a few times and they taste great and are as easy as any other noodle to cook/

Delicious pasta
I have tried other brands after having these in Italy. This is hands down the best buccacini. Will stick to this brand from now on. Everyone I fix this for say it's the best "spaghetti" they have ever had. Just buy it. You will not regret.

Wonderful Noodles
The wide noodles are wonderful! They cooked up great and help my sauce very well. I am glad they arrived when they did because I had nothing for dinner. I threw together stuff that I had on hand and cooked the noodles and they were great! You really can't eat too much at one time because they are very filling. Super tasty!!!

Husband is addicted
My husband is addicted to this pasta. I bought it on a whim and then made a sauce one night. My husband ate it till he felt sick. He just kept saying...this is delicious. He loves linguini because he loves thick pasta so he went nuts fur this. It's tasty, fresh and has a great texture. I already ordered this 3 times.

I found this pappardelle with wheat germ to be delicious. The wheat germ prompted me to try it for health reasons, think that it would taste better than whole wheat pasta with the bran. I didn't notice the taste of the wheat germ and did notice how much I liked this. Twice, I've cooked it al dente or slightly more, then let it plump in sauce, in a covered pan. Much better than major brands I've tried. Thanks.

Piuttosto spessa ma morbida al palato. Trattiene bene il sugo. Secondo me come marchio marchio Morelli è una tra le eccellenze italianr

Pappardelle buone buone!
Tengono bene la cottura. Provate con il ragù di cinghiale bianco, rimangono corpose ma perfettamente cotte in bocca. Da riprendere!
