Lovely healthy loaf. But do not expect it to be like bread, it's not. It is made with seeds and is very different to usual bread.It is very tasty and lovely toasted and my whole family enjoy it. Its very filling and so good for you. I buy it regularly and I'm slowly trying the other flavours too

Tasty, nutritious gluten and yeast free!
