This set was perfect for my needs.

I purchased this device back in 2019 and have used it for every crust I've made since then. Up to that point, I had experimented with a variety of other options. First, I tried the more ubiquitous version with thick wire tines. I struggles with that tool for quite some time because I thought it was what everyone used, so it must be the right choice. Eventually, I switched to using a food processor. That is a very workable solution and I had great luck with my pie crusts using that method. Still, the idiom "easy as pie" tortured my brain. What's easy about lugging out a heavy appliance, and then washing and drying the blade, spindle, container, base, and lid, and finally storing everything away again? So, I decided to give my old manual pastry blender another try with the same results as before. The cold fat just pushed the tines apart without any noticeable effect on the cold blob of butter or lard or Crisco. So, I thought about how I would go about creating a truly functional pastry blender. Then I looked on Amazon for anything even close to that design. That’s how I found this EAGMAK product. It has the features I was looking for, a substantial stainless-steel body with real blades, not some wire arrangement. Soft non-slip grip so I could bear down and make short work of blending fats into flour for a pie crust. Then, on top of that, it came with a bench knife that addressed all my complaints about the ones I owned at that time. The handle was solid, not rolled, so the problem of cleaning out that tube after every use ceased to be. I’ve come back to edit my original positive review because after years of use, neither tool shows any sign of excessive wear and I want to encourage others to experience the satisfaction I’ve had using these products.

The pastry blender was a bit smaller than I expected, but our community cook was delighted. She particularly remarked on its sturdiness, It fit her hand, smaller than min, perfectly.

After buying this set, I don't know why I waited so long to invest. Great price point and very sturdy. These are new staple items in my kitchen.

This is a nice set and I'm happy I ordered it. Really useful for me around the kitchen and the color is nice as well.

I liked this a lot. Makes baking much easier and cleaning stuck on dough is easy.My only complaint is that the handle for the butter cutter is a bit thin. It squishes the side of my hand when I use it. Not a ton, but enough to be noticable and slightly uncomfortable.

This device made all the difference in the flakeyness of my crust . It’s a keeper. Lays down nicely in gadget drawer too.

Both items were way too sharp for what we were looking for. unboxed and immediately wrapped it back up and returned.To each their own

It was so easy to use.

I saw some concerns raised about the Pastry blender. Unless you have really big hands this fit well. Love the cutter. Great price for the combo
